Home exercise for people aged 50+
Staying active at home
Sport England has compiled some great ideas for staying active in and around your home. The activities span different age groups and life stages (e.g. exercising with children at home and exercises for older people). They also include suggestions for people with a physical disability (e.g. the NHS chair workout for people in wheelchairs).
Your clients can share their ideas on social media using #StayInWorkOut.
